# Sơ kết, tổng kết

1\. Hằng năm, người sử dụng lao động phải tổ chức sơ kết, tổng kết công tác an toàn, vệ sinh lao động, với các nội dung sau: phân tích kết quả, hạn chế, tồn tại và bài học kinh nghiệm; tổ chức khen thưởng đối với các đơn vị và cá nhân làm tốt công tác an toàn, vệ sinh lao động tại cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh; phát động phong trào thi đua bảo đảm an toàn, vệ sinh lao động.

2\. Việc sơ kết, tổng kết phải được thực hiện từ cấp phân xưởng, tổ, đội sản xuất lên đến cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh.
