**Tất cả các hoạt động đào tạo và phổ biến kiến thức  đều hoạt động dựa trên nguồn đóng góp**. Tất cả mọi chi phí đều do sự đóng góp của những người, đã tham gia hoạt động đào tạo và phổ biến kiến thức  và nhận được  những lợi ích, mong muốn những người khác cũng có cơ hội nhận được lợi ích. Ban Thông tin và  Đào tạo (VOSHA)  không nhận bất kỳ khoản thù lao nào, họ và những người phục vụ hoạt động đào tạo và phổ biến kiến thức đều làm việc trên tinh thần tự nguyện. Do vậy, hoạt động đào tạo và  phổ biến kiến thức  được **cung cấp hoàn toàn miễn phí, không theo hướng thương mại hoá.**
