**3.  QUY ĐỊNH VỀ QUẢN LÝ**

**3.1**  Quy chuẩn này quy định các yêu cầu về kỹ thuật và yêu cầu quản lý bắt buộc để ĐBAT cho người làm việc ở công trường xây dựng và người ở khu vực lân cận công trường xây dựng.

**3.2**  Điều kiện chuyển tiếp:

**3.2.1**  Kế hoạch tổng hợp về an toàn đã được lập, phê duyệt trước khi quy chuẩn này có hiệu lực tiếp tục thực hiện theo tài liệu đã được phê duyệt.

**3.2.2**  Kế hoạch tổng hợp về an toàn được lập sau thời điểm quy chuẩn này có hiệu lực phải tuân thủ các quy định trong quy chuẩn này
